France gave the Russians 30% more visas

Around 300 thousand various schengen visas were issued by the consulates of France in Russia, that is roughly 30% more than last year, the press-attache of the Embassy of France in Moscow Thomas Buffen told “Interfax-Tourism”. He said that the majority of the visas, 255 thousand which is 65 thousand more than in 2009 were issued in Moscow.

The main type of the visa was the tourism one, underlined Mr. Buffen.
